If you see something you like, contact us today and be ready to put a deposit down to reserve your the place of your choice.  The refundable deposit is equal to the first month's rent, and we do have a non-refundable application/background check fee of $36.00 per applicant/leasee.  Both are required to secure your spot and take it off the market.  Should your application be accepted, the first month's rent is due upon move-in, along with a one-time admin set-up fee of $200.00.  The second month's rent is pro-rated based upon the move-in date.
