1) Our focus is property management, and we like to keep our resources focused on what we do best.  We manage the properties other realtors help our clients buy and sell.

2) Our business has been built up over the years due to word-of-mouth and referrals, primarily from realtors familiar with our professionalism and quality services.  We would never want to jeopardize our relationship with our referring realtors by acting as both property manager AND buying or selling agent.
