

Currently we're looking for a licensed Realtor who has a desire to
learn, grow, and succeed at property management to join our
professional team by working with brokers, generating and following up
with prospective client and tenant leads, and showing vacant
properties.
Duties Include:

Call on real estate brokerages in the Phoenix
area, set appointments to meet, meet with RE brokers, and discover ways we can assist them.

Following up with prospective clients / landlord
leads in a timely and professional manner.

Meet with prospective clients / landlords at
their property or at our office to explain our services and how we can assist
them.

Reporting score sheet of activities and results
on a weekly basis.

Be responsible for an assigned territory, and
managing time effectively.

Follow up with prospective tenants, show properties,
and fill vacancies.

Post vacancies to the MLS.
-
Refer selling and buying opportunities to other real
estate agents and brokerages.
Skills and Stuff Required:
- Successful Sales and Customer Service Skills are a MUST
- Must be organized and great at follow up
- Must be ready and anxious to learn new skills, both technical and people-related
- Must hold an active real estate license in the state of Arizona.

We're currently looking for an Office Manager experienced in handling the day-to-day details of running a smooth, organized office.
Duties Include:
- Keeping property owners abreast of recent activity by answering their questions in a prompt and courteous manner
- Calling on late-paying tenants and informing them of late fees and penalties assessed
- Occasionally overseeing the maintenance work done by contractors on repair calls by visiting the properties
- Occasionally showing property to prospective tenants
- Handle all the day-to-day operations of the business including answering phones, sending faxes, entering data into computer and updating postings online
Skills Required:
- Customer Service Experience and Skills are a MUST
- Must be capable of being FIRM, but always FRIENDLY
- Experienced in MS Excel, Word, and using the Internet
- Must be extremely organized, good with financial reports and follow up
- Must be ready and anxious to learn new skills, both technical and people-related
