Property Management Franchises

1) Have an active real estate license in their selected state of operations

2) Must have, at minimum, $16,000 in start-up capital* and 12-months worth of living expenses in the bank

3) Must be single-mindedly focused on the Residential Property Management industry and not transactional real estate (buying/selling of real estate for clients, which is what most Realtors do with their license)

4) Business must be owner-managed, putting in 40 hours per week, 50 weeks per year, minimum, for the first 3 years of operation

5) Have a proven track-record in the area of operations management, sales, business development, marketing, or account management
